We are delighted to host you at Aquarius House. To ensure a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable stay for all guests — and to protect the villa — we kindly ask that the following terms and conditions are respected.
Our goal is simple: a smooth experience for you, and a beautifully maintained home for every guest who follows.
Booking & Payment Terms

A booking is confirmed once the required deposit has been received.

Final payment must be completed prior to arrival, as outlined in your booking agreement.

Check-in and check-out times will be confirmed at time of booking.
Full payment details and cancellation terms will be provided in your individual booking confirmation.
Refundable Security Deposit
This deposit is held to cover:

Breakages
-
Damage to furniture or fittings
-
Excessive linen damage
-
Missing items
If no damage or loss has occurred, the full amount will be refunded after inspection of the villa following your departure. Please advise the Host Pak Adi of any of the above items prior to departure.
Any repair or replacement costs will be deducted from the security deposit where necessary.
Guest Occupancy
Aquarius House is designed for registered guests only.

Only guests listed on the booking are permitted to reside in the villa.

No additional overnight guests are permitted without prior written consent from the owners.

The maximum occupancy is 6 guests unless otherwise agreed in writing.
This ensures comfort, security, and compliance with local villa regulations.
Respect for Neighbours & Community
Aquarius House is located within a peaceful residential villa complex in Nusa Dua.
We kindly ask all guests to:

Respect neighbouring villas

Keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM

Avoid loud music or disruptive gatherings
No parties or events are permitted without prior written approval.
We want all guests — and our neighbours — to enjoy a calm and harmonious environment.
Care of the Property
Guests are expected to treat Aquarius House with care and respect.

Report any damage or maintenance issues promptly

Do not move large furniture without permission

Keep the villa secure when leaving (lock doors and windows)
While the villa is professionally serviced, guests are responsible for reasonable day-to-day cleanliness and proper use of facilities.
Liability
Aquarius House and its owners are not liable for:

Loss or theft of personal belongings

Injury sustained during the stay

Misuse of villa facilities
Guests use the swimming pool and all amenities at their own risk.
Agreement
By confirming your booking and making payment, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
Our intention is not to restrict your enjoyment — but to ensure Aquarius House remains a peaceful, welcoming sanctuary for every guest.
